Solution
Samvidh Technologies implemented Partner Portal and Salesforce Maps to
generate revenue through the following:
Added dormant leads to the system and assigned them to internal
sales reps based on region.
Implemented the Partner Portal and Salesforce Maps to increase the
percentage of customers converted.
Created the Partner Portal to track the leads until closure.
Maps were implemented to visualise all the leads on one platform.
With the Partner Portal, partners and sales reps can communicate
with clients and record notes, which are visible to both parties.
Implemented a notification system using flow to ensure that leads
are actively managed and converted to close win opportunities.

Analytics: Generating reports based on the Opportunity from
Activity, Task and within a given time frame.
Automations: A notiication system set up to alert the partners and
internal sales reps when Lead conversion and Task assignments occur.
Data Centralization: Legacy data uploaded into Salesforce org
Synchronization: Salesforce Maps syncs with Partner Portal to
display Leads and Accounts.
Customer 360: Mandatory fields conigured to save records with the
right information about the customer. A centralized Customer
360-degree view of the entire client journey.
